Place the Moji Foot PRO on the floor with the array of 6 massage spheres
facing up. Roll you foot over the spheres increasing the massage
pressure to what is comfortable. The raised center sphere is great for
targeting the arches. Unlike other foot massagers the freely rotating
spheres allow you to perform twisting motions and circular strokes. This
will really help to loosen up them tight tissue. Spend extra time on
any particularly sore spots.
Moji Mini:
Slide your hand into the back of the massager and adjust the clasp for a
comfortable fit and roll the massage spheres across your muscles. The
freely rotating massage spheres allow for complete freedom of range of
motion. Utilize long strokes, circular motions, and sustained pressure
to relieve muscle tension. Use the larger top sphere to target specific
problem areas and the largest bottom sphere to provide the deepest
pressure. Spend extra time massaging particularly sore spots.

Grab the handles at each end of the massager. Using two hands, roll the
massage spheres over the desired muscle group. Unlike other stick
massagers, the freely rotating massage spheres allow for complete
freedom of range of motion when massaging. Utilize long strokes,
circular motions, and sustained pressure to relieve muscle tension. You
can isolate a single sphere on a tight spot to dig extra deep. The
slotted handles will allow you to use various grip positions to help
