This prescription adapter by Smith Optics can be used to insert your corrective lenses behind the lens of your post 2011 Smith Knowledge, Prophecy, or Phenom Snow Goggles, Turbo Fan or non-Turbo Fan models, and your Pivlock V90, V90 Max, and Pivlock V2 Sunglasses.

We can also fill your prescription with high vision CR-39 lenses at a cost of $85.00 for a typical single-Distance prescription.

Submitted my info to Leo and he guided me thru the process of getting an insert for not just my Smith Prophecy goggles but also the smith pivlock sunglasses. Fantastic! The ODS2 fits the Pivlock and my Prophecy goggle. I ski in the winter and bike and run in the summer with perfect vision and eye protection! Thank you!
